Welcome to Thunder Road Coffee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Thunder Road Coffee website and your purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Thunder Road Coffee, LLC ("Thunder Road Coffee," "we," "us," or "our") is a small-batch specialty coffee roasting company based in Sharps Chapel, Tennessee. We roast and package coffee in small quantities to provide fresh, high-quality coffee products to our customers.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality;
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without written permission from Thunder Road Coffee.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to customers who misuse our website or services.

We make every effort to accurately describe our coffees, including origin, roast level, tasting notes, and product characteristics.

Because coffee is an agricultural product, actual flavor profiles may vary slightly from batch to batch due to factors including:

• Crop variations;
• Seasonal changes;
• Processing methods;
• Roasting conditions;
• Brewing methods.

Tasting notes are intended as a guide and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific flavors.

By placing an order through our website, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete;
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Thunder Road Coffee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Product availability;
• Suspected fraud;
• Pricing errors;
• Other circumstances requiring cancellation.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the error and notify you before processing your order.

Orders are roasted, packaged, and shipped according to our normal processing schedule.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Carrier delays;
• Weather conditions;
• Holidays;
• Other circumstances beyond our control.

Thunder Road Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for incorrect addresses.

Coffee freshness is important to us. We roast coffee in small batches and make every effort to ship products promptly after roasting.

For the best experience, we recommend storing coffee:

• In an airtight container;
• Away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight;
• Consuming within the recommended freshness period.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, we generally do not accept returns of coffee products.

If you receive:

• The wrong product;
• Damaged packaging;
• A defective product;
• A product that does not meet quality standards;

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and details of the issue.

We will evaluate each situation individually and may provide a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

If Thunder Road Coffee offers recurring coffee subscriptions, coffee club memberships, or other recurring purchase programs ("Subscriptions"), the following terms apply.

By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize Thunder Road Coffee or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price displayed at the time of enrollment.

Subscription frequency may include weekly, biweekly, monthly, or other intervals specifically identified at checkout.

Your Subscription will continue and automatically renew until canceled.

The price applicable to your Subscription will be displayed at the time you enroll.

Thunder Road Coffee reserves the right to change Subscription prices. If the price of an existing Subscription changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price is charged, where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided through our website or by contacting Thunder Road Coffee at webmaster@thunderroadcoffee.com.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, cancellation should be completed before the next order enters processing.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation of the Subscription will not necessarily cancel that individual order.

Where available, subscribers may change their shipment frequency, skip an upcoming shipment, change products, or update their shipping information through their customer account or by contacting Thunder Road Coffee.

Changes should be made before the next scheduled order enters processing.

If a Subscription payment is declined or otherwise cannot be processed, Thunder Road Coffee may suspend or cancel the Subscription until a valid payment method is provided.

Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund provisions described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Thunder Road Coffee takes reasonable steps to accurately identify ingredients and potential allergens associated with our products.

Our standard roasted coffee products generally consist of roasted coffee beans and do not contain added ingredients.

However, certain specialty products may contain additional ingredients, including cacao/cocoa nibs and cinnamon. Ingredients will be identified on the applicable product description and/or product packaging.

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should carefully review the ingredient information for each product before purchasing or consuming it.

Because Thunder Road Coffee is a small-batch roasting and production operation, products containing different ingredients may be prepared or packaged using shared equipment or in the same general production environment. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, please contact us before purchasing a product so that we can provide the most current information available regarding ingredients and production practices.

Thunder Road Coffee is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from a customer's failure to review product information or disclose a known allergy before purchasing or consuming a product.

Wholesale customers may be subject to separate wholesale agreements, pricing terms, minimum order requirements, and payment conditions.

Wholesale terms and conditions will supersede these Terms where applicable.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Logos;
• Brand names;
• Product names;
• Images;
• Text;
• Graphics;

is the property of Thunder Road Coffee, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission. 

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our website is used to process orders, communicate with customers, improve our services, and provide a better customer experience.

We do not sell customer personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thunder Road Coffee, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of our website;
• Purchase or consumption of our products;
• Delays or interruptions in service;
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Thunder Road Coffee products are intended for normal food and beverage use.

Customers are responsible for determining whether coffee or any other Thunder Road Coffee product is appropriate based on their individual dietary restrictions, allergies, or other circumstances.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website at any time without notice.

Thunder Road Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our website shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
